Month 2- Embodiment - Finding your flow.
Trauma is the main cause of Disembodiment a deep disconnection from your body. A lack of flow between mind, body and gut.
Now you have a plan to take care of your basic needs, we can move onto your systems need for safety – reclaiming a sense of safety in your body.
During the course of this month we will focus on reinhabiting your body, not just having a body but experiencing with conscious awareness, a sense of Being. To learn to feel at home in your body.

Month 3 - Building Self Awareness, Expression & Neuroplasticity
Becoming more embodied allows for you to be with bigger emotions. In this section we will focus on nervous system regulation and developing and practicing new ways of being and enhancing new neural pathways, to allow space for change and prepare for integration.

Month 4 - Integration - Finding your rhythm in Relationships with Self and Others
In this part of the program, we will go deeper, supporting the final piece – integration.
Once previously split off parts of self and memory are available to you, in a body that can hold space for you, we can support the re- integration of these parts as a past experience that becomes part of your story. Releasing your brain from it’s role as your warning system assuming danger everywhere.
We will explore:

The Healing Trauma Program is right for you if…

Currently, we are not able to bill insurance. Additionally, insurance companies are unlikely to reimburse clients because our programs do not occur in a hospital setting, and we do not generate a diagnosis for clients during programs.
