The “Slow and Insightful Jungle Retreat”
To give you a better idea of what’s possible, here’s a snapshot of a recent retreat we created for a recent small group.
This 7-night experience was crafted for the attendees seeking a deeper understanding and clarity in their lives. The theme was “slow and insightful”, with an emphasis on creatin space to recognise patterns and make conscious choices movin forward.
Daily flow:
7:30am: Morning nature walk through the local village
8:00am: Gentle yoga and mindfulness practice focused on nervous system regulation
9:00am Nourishing breakfast
10:30am Individual therapy sessions (duration TBD)
Afternoon: Rest, swim, personal reflection time
3:30pm: Afternoon tea
4:30pm Evening yoga, wellness workshop or sound healing
7:00pm: DInner in the resort restaurant

*All yoga/ workshop/ sound healing sessions run in flow with the day according to your energy levels. We often find that as emotions arise and surface, sometimes it’s appropriate to workshop those areas with your group and use body-based therapies as a complement/ adjunctive therapy, and therefore we will work with what arises. This really is about working through things deeply as they arise, and this is that safe place to do so.

Led by Martine Coates
These intimate retreats are personally facilitated by Martine, bringing her 30+ years of experience as a psychotherapist, trauma specialist and psychedelic assisted therapy specialist to create a container where profound healing can occur.
Drawing on her extensive training in somatic practicies, trauma-sensitive approaches, and mind-body integration, Martine creates experiences that honour both science and soul-never sacrificing one for the other.
Her own journey of moving from an unhealthy high-achiever to embodying presence and more soul-aligned living, informs how she guides people through this same transition, creating space for both vulnerability and empowerment.

Rather than merely recalling memories (which often trigger s defensive responses that block real healing), we work respectfully with all parts of your psyche. We honour the well-evidenced understanding that “the body keeps the score”, working at a practical level to create lasting transformation.

We recommend beginning with our Ignite program before your retreat experience. This 3-week foundation helps you to develop the fundamental body awareness and nervous system regulation skills that will allow to to get themost from your immersive retreat time.
For those ready to dive deep
If you’ve already completed Ignite or have significant somatic practice experience, a retreat offers the concentrated time and space to accelerate your healing journey
For continuing the jouney
After your retreat, many participants choose to continue thier tramsformation through our illumniate program or join our membership community for ongoing suppoert and practice. These options help integrate andbuild upon the profound shifts that occur during retreat time.
