How our therapy sessions work:
The Container
All sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform, providing privacy and convenience while maintaining the necessary intimacy necessary for deep work. Each session is 60 minutes, giving us adequate time to address your concerns without feeling rushed
The Commitment
I offer a minimum 3-month package of bi-weekly sessions (6 sessions) because real therapeutic transformation requires consistency, safety, and time to build the trust necessary for deeper work. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about sustainable change.
