At The Body Talk Therapist therapy is tailored to you through a holistic approach. We are not all about the words, we consider the language of the body and the cleverness of the brain and nervous system.

How it works…..
Healing is a journey and it takes time, a sense of safety and a safe relationship. Martine offers an inital package of a minimum of 3 months of appointments that occur every 2 weeks ( 6 sessions). These appointments can include a combination of Talk Therapy, Body Led Therapy and Yoga therapy.
All sessions are conducted online and run for 60 mintues.
