We understand that transformation takes time.  Martine is all too aware of the obstacles to safe healing. All too often people jump into healing work without preparation and a sense of safe self regulation, only to give up. No wonder!, Our brain is wired to scan for danger and get you out of there!

Week 1: Clear

Theme: Clearing Obstacles and Inner blocks

Goals: Introduce the core concepts of exploring inner experiences, understanding your inner world, and connecting with what fuels your spirit while tapping into your potential for self-actualization.

Week 2: Ground

Theme: Becoming Present and Finding Flow

Goals: Cultivate a sense of grounding and re-balancing both nervous system and brain hemmispheres enabling you to reconnect with your body and emotions while fostering a greater awareness of the present moment.

Week 3: Rewire

Theme: Revision your Purpose, Energy and Focus

Goals: Rewire your mindset and habits to cultivate motivation, clarity, and an energized approach to living authentically and purposefully.
